Before you start
Do I need a sales team or Hatch reps?
No. Chain Watch is built for brands selling nationwide without people in every state. The fix list goes to whoever you already have: distributor reps, a broker, or local samplers.
Which reports do you take?
Chain on-hand and movement reports (Whole Foods, Kroger, H-E-B, Sprouts and the like) and distributor depletion spreadsheets. If you get it as a spreadsheet or CSV, we can load it.
When do I get the briefing?
Within five business days of your last report for the month landing. Your portal updates as each report is loaded.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Stop any time and your login and history stay put.
